General

  • We ask that you let us know early the dates that teams cannot play due to other commitments, it affects all other participants when the draw needs to be re-done due to late information. Preferred contact for defaults is Kendall on 027 387 6878.
  • Subscriptions must be paid before the first round, teams not paying subscriptions will be removed from the draw until subs are paid.
  • As per Ministry of Education requirements, No Alcohol, Smoking or Vaping is permitted.
  • For safety reasons, no bikes are permitted on the fields.
  • No scores No points! The winning team must write down their score on the draw board after the game after checking with the opposition. The draw board is located between the TBHS Pavillion and the Old Boys Clubrooms. Scores need to be recorded so that semi-final places can be confirmed at the end of the round-robin. Contact Kendall on 027 387 6878 if you forget to write the score on the draw board.
  • Please show respect for other players, referees, volunteers and spectators, we have had feedback that sideline behaviour is a key driver of referee availability, so let's have fun and keep it positive!
  • All communication – Draws, rain cancellations etc will be posted to Facebook.
  • All rounds have changed times this year and will start 15 minutes later than usual.
  • We are aiming to start 16th October but this will reassessed closer to the time due to the fields having major damage over the rugby season and are being rehabilitated.

Lastly, thank you for joining Old Boys Touch 2025!
